3. Product Offering: We offer a wide variety of mobile accessories, including: 

  • Fast Charging Solutions (USB, wireless, and fast charging cables) 
  • Phone Cases & Covers 
  • Watch Bands & Straps 
  • Laptop & Mobile Stands & Docks 
  • Car Mounts & Holders 
  • Other Lifestyle Products

Our products are available in bulk for resellers, wholesalers, retailers, and corporate clients. We also offer custom branding and private-label options for qualifying businesses. 

5. Pricing Policy

  • Volume Discounts: Our pricing is based on order volume, with larger orders qualifying for higher discounts. 
  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs): Each product category has a minimum order quantity, but we offer flexibility for larger businesses. 
  • Payment Terms: Payment terms depend on the customer’s creditworthiness and order size. 

5. Order Fulfilment & Delivery

  • Lead Time: Orders are typically fulfilled within 5-15 business days, depending on lcoation, stock availability and order size. Custom orders may take longer. 
  • Shipping: We offer shipping based on your preference and order volume. For international orders, we provide air or ocean freight options, with shipping costs usually covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed. 
  • Delivery Terms: We use common Incoterms such as FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), depending on the terms of the agreement. 

6. Return and Refund Policy

  • Defective Products: If you receive defective or damaged products, please report them within 7 days for a replacement or refund. 
  • Non-Defective Returns: Non-defective products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. A restocking fee may apply. 

7. Warranty & After-Sales Support

  • Warranty Period: Most of our mobile accessories come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. 
  • Warranty Claims: To file a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase. Claims will be processed within 7-10 business days. 
  • Technical Support: We offer ongoing customer support for installation, troubleshooting, and general inquiries via email or phone. 

8. Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Product Quality: All our products undergo rigorous testing to meet international quality standards. We ensure our mobile accessories are certified and compliant with relevant regulations (e.g., CE, RoHS, FCC).

9. Customer Relationships & Account Management

  • Dedicated Account Manager: Every B2B customer is assigned a dedicated account manager for personalized service, order management, and to address any concerns. 
  • Customer Support: Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (local time). For urgent issues, clients can reach us after hours through our emergency support line. 
  • Volume Rebates: Businesses with large or ongoing orders are eligible for volume rebates, loyalty bonuses, and special offers. 

10. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Confidentiality Agreement: We protect all customer data, business plans, pricing, and other sensitive information shared with us. 
  • Data Protection: Personal and financial data are securely stored and protected in compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. 

11. Code of Conduct

  • Ethical Standards: We uphold the highest ethical standards in business, ensuring fair pricing, transparency, and integrity in all transactions. 
  • Anti-Corruption Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for bribery, corruption, or any unethical conduct. 
  • Compliance with Laws: Our business practices comply with all relevant local, regional, and international laws. 

12. Terms of Termination

  • Termination for Convenience: Either party may terminate the business relationship with 30 days' written notice. 
  • Termination for Cause: A contract may be terminated immediately in the event of a breach, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. 

13.  Dispute Resolution

  • Mediation: Any disputes will first be addressed through mediation. If not resolved, the matter will go to arbitration. 
  • Governing Law: The governing law for any legal disputes will be Indian, and legal actions will take place in the courts of India. 

14.  Amendments

This policy is subject to review and changes. Any amendments will be communicated to our B2B clients in writing.
