We have two warehouses, strategically located in Aurangabad (MS, India) and Dubai (UAE), to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
We know that receiving your order promptly is important to you, and we strive to make that happen. Typically, we aim to deliver your orders within a span of 5-7 Business Days across India. Please allow an additional 1 day for your order to be processed before it's shipped out.

Received a Damaged Delivery
In the rare event of transport damage, we're here to assist you promptly:
If you notice any damage or tampering with the carton box, please reject the delivery (even for prepaid orders) and notify us via chat or email. We'll take necessary actions and provide a refund if required.
For all claims related to receiving a damaged product, we kindly request video evidence of the unboxing and the issue. Claims without video proof at the time of unboxing cannot be entertained.
