1. How can I buy a product from GrunX?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select the products you want, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Don’t forget to check the prepaid offers at the time of checkout.

3. What is your dispatch time?
At GrunX, we prioritise fast service and aim to minimise turn-around time. Once an order is confirmed, we typically dispatch within 24 hours. In cases of holidays, we ensure dispatch within 48 hours to keep things moving smoothly.

4. What is the delivery time?
We partner with leading logistics providers to ensure timely delivery. Currently, our delivery time is 5-7 working days, and we are continually working to further reduce this time for our customers.

5. How can I edit my order after placing it?
Since we strive to ship orders within 24 hours, changes to your order are not guaranteed and need to be requested as soon as possible after placing your order. Please contact us immediately, and we'll do our best to assist.

6. My order says it’s delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as "delivered" before it actually arrives, or it may have been delivered to the wrong location. First, check with your neighbors or your local postal office. If you still can’t locate your package within 3 days of the "delivered" status, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll assist you further.

7. When will my order ship? Are there any holiday or time considerations?
If you place an order between Sunday and Friday, it will ship the next business day. For orders placed after 1 PM on a Saturday, your order will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday, depending on the volume of weekend orders. Please note that additional processing and shipping time may apply during weekends, holidays, sales events, pre-orders, and new product releases. Also depends upon how fast you complete the address varification.

Shipping & Payment


1. Do you offer international shipping?
Under GrunX brand, currently, we ship only within India. We are working on expanding our shipping options to international destinations.

2. What logistics provider do you use for shipping?
For domestic orders, we ship using trusted carriers like BlueDart, Delhivery, eCom Express, and XpressBees.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes,
we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, there is a shipping charge of Rs.99/-

4. How do I use a discount code or gift card?
Simply add your item(s) to the cart, proceed to checkout, and update coupon in "Enter Coupon Code" field and click "Apply" to redeem your discount coupon or gift card.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking,
popular digital wallets and COD.

5. Where does GrunX ship from?
We ship from our own facilities located in multiple cities across India, ensuring fast and efficient delivery to all regions nationwide.

Exchange


1. What is the return time?
Within two (2) days of product receipt.

2. What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

3. Can I exchange products?
Yes, we offer both returns and exchanges for our products, though some exceptions may apply. Exchanges or returns are only available if you receive the wrong product or a defective item.

To qualify for a return or exchange, an unboxing video is required. The video must clearly show any defect or incorrect product. Without this video, we won't be able to process your return or exchange request.

Return & Refund


1. How do I request a return or exchange?
If you need to return or exchange a product, simply contact us at hello@grunxstore.com within 2 days of receiving your order. We'll guide you through the process and arrange a pickup from your location. For exchanges, we'll ship your replacement once we receive and verify the product. If you're requesting a refund, it'll be processed after verification of the returned items.

2. How will I receive my refund?Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll ask you for your preferred payment method or offer a gift voucher. Please note, COD charges are non-refundable.

3. Important details to remember:

  • Ensure all original tags and packaging are intact when returning the product.
  • We only accept returns for wrong, defective, or faulty products.
  • The entire order (including all accessories) must be returned for a refund - no partial returns.

4. Important: Unboxing Video Must Required
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please record a video while unboxing your product. The video should clearly show any defects. Without an unboxing video, we won't be able to process your return or exchange.

Warranty Claim

The Fast Charging Solutions includes a 1-year easy warranty and lifetime customer support. To activate the warranty, you must register your product within 7 days of receiving it. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal usage conditions, such as damage in transit, short-circuits, and incompatibility with devices like PCs, laptops, Apple CarPlay, or Android Auto.

During the warranty period, you won't incur any additional charges for product replacements. However, if a replacement is needed, there will be a ₹299 fee to cover reverse shipment and shipping of the new product.

This policy ensures you have reliable support and protection for your purchase, with minimal hassle in case of issues.

4. Do you provide accessories for the latest iPhone & Watch models?
Yes, we offer accessories for the latest iPhone models, including the iPhone 16, iPhone 15 and Watch Ultra series, and upcoming releases. You can count on us to keep up with Apple’s newest innovations.

5. How protective are your cases?
Our cases offer solid protection without adding bulk. They have a raised front lip for screen protection, shock-absorbing bumpers, and a velvet interior to avoid scratches. Check the product images for more details.

6. What materials are your cases made from?
Our cases are made from metal alloy or a mix of TPU & PC, combining hard plastic with soft silicone. Many also have a velvet interior to prevent scratches.

7. Why is my phone heating up in the case?
If you're using fast chargers over 20W (especially the new 30W models), it's normal for your phone's back to heat up, especially since it's made of quality glass and waterproof. If the phone gets too hot, we recommend contacting the place where you purchased the phone to check for any battery issues.

8. Why is my phone signal weak with the case on?
For older phone models, fewer network bands might cause signal issues, but newer phones have more bands and shouldn't be affected by the case. If you're still having trouble, it could be an issue with your phone’s network bands, and a technical check might be needed.

9. Why are the buttons on my case too tight?
New cases might have stiff buttons due to the bumper protection. Stretch the bumper where the buttons are and hold for 15 seconds a few times. This will loosen them up.

10. How do I install or uninstall GrunX Apple Watch bands?
GrunX watch bands work just like Apple’s original straps, featuring a simple push-to-install system. Each band includes connectors for a secure fit, and metal straps come with an adjustment tool for the perfect size.

11. Are GrunX Apple Watch straps adjustable for all wrist sizes?
Our Apple Watch straps come in a comfortable, adjustable size range from 130mm to 260mm. For specific sizing options, please refer to the product page, where you can find various strap lengths to suit your needs.

12. How do I clean my case's and accessories?
Handle with care as these accessories protect your gadgets dirt and get dirty over time. Just remove the accessories and scrub it with warm, soapy cloth to clean them.

13. Why isn’t my charging cable fast-charging my phone?
Our cables are designed for fast charging, but they need a compatible adapter of at least 45W. If your adapter doesn’t support fast charging, the cables won’t be effective.

14. Why does my charging cable feel loose and not fit properly?
If the cable feels loose, try cleaning the charging port, as dirt can cause poor connections. Another reason could be that your phone case may have a tight space around the port. For more help, please contact GrunX customer support.
