Return & Refund Policy
To ensure a smooth and seamless ordering experience at GrunX, we have made the return policy much simpler.
Kindly note, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. We also offer reverse pick-up services.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with a proper reason for return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
To start a return, contact us using the details below. We typically respond within 24 to 48 hours. We’ll deduct a reverse shipment fee of ₹199 from your refund per order, no matter how many items it includes.

Our delivery partner will attempt to pick up the package twice at your address. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code. Please send returns to the address we provide in the acknowledgment email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your returned is approved, then your return will be processed, If you have paid by card, then we will reverse the payment. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, we will transfer the amount to your bank account after receiving the product back.
If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please contact us within 24 hours.
Damaged product, missing items or incorrect order
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us with 48 hours of delivery. You must record a 360-degree unboxing video of the package to claim any damage or missing items. We won't offer a replacement without this video. Kind request is to share the video and images of the packaging & product on the aforementioned email ID. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, and also arrange a reverse pickup.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item following the above guidelines. Once we accept the return, simply place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and let you know whether we’ve approved the refund. If we approve it, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us on aforementioned email id. Please note refund / bank transfer fee are only applicable for prepaid orders / online payments made on our website.
Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process your refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day we confirm via email that you’re entitled to it.
If you paid using the COD option, we will issue store credit equal to the amount you paid, which you can use anytime. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you purchase items during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or similar promotions that include free products, you won’t be eligible to return those orders.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order only before we dispatch it from our warehouse. If you cancel it after dispatch, the reverse shipping terms and applicable charges will apply.
Warranty
The Fast Charging Solutions includes a 1-year easy warranty and lifetime customer support. To activate the warranty, you must register your product within 7 days of receiving it. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal usage conditions, such as damage in transit, short-circuits, and incompatibility with devices like PCs, laptops, Apple CarPlay, or Android Auto.
During the warranty period, you won't incur any additional charges for product replacements. However, if you need a replacement, you’ll pay a ₹299 fee to cover the reverse shipment and the delivery of the new product.
This policy ensures you have reliable support and protection for your purchase, with minimal hassle in case of issues.
