Return & Refund Policy

To ensure a smooth and seamless ordering experience at GrunX, we have made the return policy much simpler.
Kindly note, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. We also offer reverse pick-up services.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with proper reason for return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
To start a return, you can contact us on below contact details (expected response time is around 24 to 48 hours). A reverse shipment fee of Rs 199 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order.

Pick-up will be attempted twice to your address. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address communicated to you in the acknowledgment email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your returned is approved, then your return will be processed, If you have paid by card, then we will reverse the payment. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, we will transfer the amount to your bank account after receiving the product back.
If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please contact us within 24 hours.
Damaged product, missing items or incorrect order
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us with 48 hours of delivery. We require a 360 degree unboxing video of the package to claim the damage or any missing items, without video no replacement will be offered. Kind request is to share the video and images of the packaging & product on aforementioned email id. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, and also arrange a reverse pickup.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have in accordance with the above return guidelines, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us on above mentioned contact points with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us on aforementioned email id. Please note refund / bank transfer fee are only applicable for prepaid orders / online payments made on our website.
Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
Payments made with COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns.
Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
Cancellations
Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. If it is cancelled after the dispatch then aforementioned reverse terms & conditions and charges will be applicable.
Warranty
The Fast Charging Solutions includes a 1-year easy warranty and lifetime customer support. To activate the warranty, you must register your product within 7 days of receiving it. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal usage conditions, such as damage in transit, short-circuits, and incompatibility with devices like PCs, laptops, Apple CarPlay, or Android Auto.
During the warranty period, you won't incur any additional charges for product replacements. However, if a replacement is needed, there will be a ₹299 fee to cover reverse shipment and shipping of the new product.
This policy ensures you have reliable support and protection for your purchase, with minimal hassle in case of issues.
