To ensure a smooth and seamless ordering experience at GrunX, we have made the return policy much simpler.

Kindly note, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@grunxstore.com (expected response time is around 24 to 48 hours). Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address communicated to you in the acknowledgment email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your returned is approved, then your return will be processed, If you have paid by card, then we will reverse the payment. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, we will transfer the amount to your bank account after receiving the product back.

Damaged product, missing items or incorrect order

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us with 48 hours of delivery. We require a 360 degree unboxing video of the package to claim the damage or any missing items, without video no replacement will be offered. Kind request is to share the video and images of the packaging & product on aforementioned email id. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, and also arrange a reverse pickup.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us on aforementioned email id.
